1960 Chevrolet Corvette #6352  $49,995
We opened up the barn and look what we found!

Very clean and reliable 1960 Corvette convertible with what appears to be a 1962 Corvette 327 - 300 HP engine

This car was purchased from an older gentleman who recently found out he has a terminal illness, and wanted to give it a good home.

He purchased the car in 1981 and it hasn't been driven much since then, storing it in his barn.

After purchasing the car from him, we had to do a few things to it to get it road worthy. We replaced the factory carburetor with a new Edelbrock 4 barrel carb. with an electric choke.

Next we replaced the hood cables, due to the originals being frozen. Most of the gauges were inoperable, except for the speedometer and odometer, so we had all the wiring to the gauges repaired. The exhaust was replaced - new mufflers and had the pipes channeled through the rear bumpers like they should be.

It retains the original 4 wheel drum brake system, which we had disassembled and cleaned.

We also had gave the engine a tune-up and had the valves adjusted.

It has new tires.

This is an amazing car for being stored for so long, and could very easily be a daily driver for someone.

The frame and floors are both solid.

The exterior is in good shape, having an older paint job from the 70's. It is by no means a show car, but presents itself well. There are a few paint chips here. The windshield also has some repair work along the top molding, but does not leak.

The soft top is in good condition.

The interior is in good shape. The seats don't have any tears, and everything is pretty much intact. Its an original interior though so it does show its age. The carpet is in good shape.

The odometer reads 19000, so we assume the car has 119000 on it.

1966 AMC Rambler Marlin Fastback #6321  $4,495
Stand out from the Crowd with this V8 Marlin Fastback !

'Distinctive and Different' best described the AMC Marlin since there was nothing else like it on the road when it debuted in 1965. Dick Teague is responsible for this radical fastback design which evolved from a prototype known as the Tarpan. By 1966 the design had received subtle interior and exterior changes including the grille now has 13 very thin aluminum vertical strips behind the large horizontal color bar. The only option for 1966 was the vinyl roof. The Marlin was advertised as a '3+3' with its 2+2 body styling seating 6 people.

The AMC Marlin was a vehicle aimed at competing with a new breed of vehicles. Ford had their Mustang, Chrysler had the Barracuda, and General Motors had their pony cars such as the Camero and Firebird. AMC decided to enter this segment of the market with the Marlin, a vehicle that could best be classified as an intermediate sports sedan. Under the leadership and direction of Roy Abernethy, the AMC Marlin was introduced in early February of 1965 and offered at a base price of $3100. It was in dealer show rooms in March of 1965.

The vehicle was equipped with four-piston front disc brakes and non-servo type rear drums. A three-speed gearbox came standard. Power windows, AM/FM radio, tilt steering, and air conditioning were offered as optional equipment. A wide range of interior and exterior colors allowed even further customization.

The Marlin was an immediate success for the company, helping to create a profit of over 5 million dollars. In its first year, 10,327 Marlins were sold.

This fine example has been stored for many years. It is currently being checked over by our mechanics. We believe that it does only have 65,924 original miles !

Drive it as is and restore it when and how you chose. One this is certain, you won't have many competing in your class at the local car shows!

When Suzuki introduced the 250 in the fall of 1965, it caused an immediate sensation.

Developed with the goal of captivating the U.S. market, the Hustler was designed to be the fastest 250 cc motorcycle in the world. The bike featured Suzuki's first ever tubular steel double-cradle frame, and its air-cooled two-stroke sleeved aluminum cylinder engine was capable of just about 100 mph.

Surprisingly sophisticated, this little engine achieved 100 hp per one liter cylinder volume, which meant it could outrun most of the bigger, faster bikes on the road. It featured automatic oil injection,

1970 Buick GS 455 Coupe 4 Speed #6387  $17,995
1970 Buick GS Coupe, True GS 350, Now Has 455 Stage I V-8 Big Block, Factory 4 Speed, Factory F&R Spoilers, Factory tach, PS, Power Disc Brakes, Real Solid Barn Find, Restore or Drive, You Decide.

Awesome very fast 1970 Buick GS that currently has a rebuilt 455 V-8 Stage I, factory 4 speed w/console, PS, Power front Disc brakes, functioning Ram Air Hood, front & rear spoilers, working in-dash factory tach, nice solid under carriage & trunk pan, just came out of 20 year dry storage it runs awesome.

This Buick GS is potentially a great daily driver it runs great needs a going over before putting on the road since it was in long term storage but everything important seems to be in good working order and it runs strong.

It is a testament to the love given to this special Buick over the years. If you have been searching for a real 70 Buick GS that has great potential & breathtaking performance than please call or e-mail now or it will be gone.

The Details;

This 1970 Buick GS can be used a daily driver as it is or fully restored with new paint. It has an older Red paint job that still looks great from 15 feet as a driver but really deserves a quality repaint at some point. Factory codes say the car was originally born as a Fire Red w/black interior. The but paint still has nice shine and presents well. All the chrome, trim and stainless is in pretty good orig. shape.

With the factory functioning Ram Air hood, front & rear spoilers, dual sport mirrors, GS emblems and Cragar polished chrome wheels this Buick GS has the look and the muscle to back it up. Very few muscle cars can stand up to this 455 V-8’s awesome big block power.

The black interior is loaded with goodies and is very nice condition thru-out with rare excellent factory console w/4 speed, mint black headliner, full power steering and power front Disc brakes, dual sport mirrors, working in dash tach, original radio, under dash added gauges as well to monitor engine functions.

The things that really matter are excellent on this GS, the trunk pan is rock solid and the floors frame/undercarriage is rock solid.

The heart of this 1970 Buick Stage GS is its rebuilt 455 Stage I V-8 with four barrel carb and correct Ram Air air cleaner, that has legendary performance and mated to a smooth shifting rare 4 speed factory trans and bulletproof 10 bolt posi-rear. It runs strong, idles smoothly.

It had a new Stainless Steel dual exhuast system put on it right before it went to storage years ago it still looks excellent, also has new master and brake booster, aluminum radiator and shocks . Minimal effort here to have a nice daily driver or fully restore.

The Options; 1970 Buick GS

1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Sport Coupe #6312  $4,995
This Chevelle appears to be a 1970 SS454 ??? This is the way we purchased it years ago.

However we cannot verify,as the original engine is missing as well as the transmission ..

Perhaps it is a 1970 Chevelle Sport Coupe, but according to most Chevelle enthusiast sites, a 1970 is nearly impossible to verify without paperwork.

At 43 years of age, who knows what kind of changes if any have been made.... this car does have the the SS dash, all SS labeling, a Steel, Cowl Induction Hood for Big Block.

The front springs look like the heavier, Big Block springs ..So, if in fact, it is the Sport Coupe, then someone went to a lot of trouble and expense to make it appear to bee an SS factory ordered car.. the dash and wiring hook ups alone would have cost a bundle...

We cannot guarantee one way or another as all the number crunchers have given up on trying to identify what foundation this car originally was ..Check under 70 Chevelle SS identification on Google & see what all the websites for these cars say - Thanks !

In any case, here it is SS or Sport Coupe, restore it the way your prefer.

The former owner said this Chevelle was equipped with a Big Block. Spent most of its life in the dry western states.

Starts, Runs, Drives and stops fine.

Includes original exterior trim (removed for paint stripping)

Here's the history of this great Corvette !

The story began in 1970 when a young bride and groom in Fairfield, Illinois bought a NEW 1970 Corvette for their wedding and subsequent honeymoon. They left the church that night and drove to Lake Louise in Bannf, Alberta Ca. Honeymooned there and then off to California to see the beaches they had always heard of, and maybe see the Beach Boys singing in concert. This was their car, their vessel, to travel Route 66 and live the American Dream.....Life was good for the next 10 years. She taught high school and he managed a construction co. In 1980 he was killed in a construction accident, & she parked that car in the garage at their house, and it never moved again for 30 years.

Over the next 30 years, a constant stream of hopeful buyers went to her door trying to buy the car, but she could not part with it (way too many memories)...A nephew of hers finally got title to the car in 2011..Being a prior customer of Ethan's (our stellar shop manager and Corvette restoration guru and car lover), He came and offered it to us in September 2012, the garage space was needed for someone else. She was selling the house and retiring to somewhere warm.

Realizing that he did not have the resources to do anything with the car, he offered it to us and we accepted. The car though was still in the garage with 4 flat 1970's bias belt tires, frozen brake calipers, no battery and a worthless fuel tank. As we were loading it onto the trailer, a 40-ish policeman pulled up and said "you know you are breaking a hundred hearts of guys who tried to buy this car, including myself" In talking with him I learned he was the neighbor boy whom had tried to buy it since he was 16, but the owner(the wife) did not want to see it driving around her home town because of the memories ( he validated the story that the nephew had told us).

We paid a handsome price for it , but it is a 4spd, air-conditioned 1970 Corvette with the factory drop out and store rear window...Let the restoration begin..Wayne (our head wrench) installed 4 new brake calipers, new fuel tank, new freeze plugs, thermostat, flushed the cooling system 4 times, changed all other fluids, rebuilt the original starter, added a new battery, installed 4 late model radial tires, etc etc etc.. THEN THE MOMENT OF TRUTH .. depress the clutch(safety feature in 1970) turn the key and "VOILA"..THE VETTE starts and runs excellent. A fabulous resurrection.

I drove it through the parking lot and down Apple Shed Road and back, everything was on the path to a fabulous restoration of the rarest of the chrome bumper c-3 models, the 1970 model (lowest production year due to the 6 month strike at the Corvette plant) So now she is in our shop awaiting either a new owner, or our restoration prowess.

The BSA Lightning was designed as the all-round sportbike of the 1960s, planned largely for export to the US market. Development of the engine aimed to make it more reliable, quieter and less prone to oil leaks & to improve mid-range and rideability. With twin carburetors the Lightning could still reach 108 mph.

CHROME BUMPER CLASSIC 1972 CORVETTE ?!

Super Solid Frame and Chassis - no rust problems.

Show quality Deep Red Metallic paint with 5 coats of hand-rubbed urethane enamel create a deep, shimmering finish This 1972 Corvette has the removable T-Tops and back window for open-air cruising. 3 point safety harness on the driver’s seat.

The engine bay shines with polished chrome and aluminum trim. The original engine (350) was replaced with a new GM 350 long block crate engine, approximately 150 miles ago, but the original engine is included in the sale (needs rebuilt). The car runs very smooth with the new engine and its Edelbrock powder-coated intake and 600 Holley with auto choke.

The original 400 Turbo transmission is working fine and the pan seal was just replaced.

There is a separate elect fan on the radiator in addition to the stock, engine-driven fan (the electric fan provides additional cooling flow for slow moving traffic, such as in a parade or on a cruise-in.)

A/C compressor is currently not installed.

Car was built 7 years ago to show and attend local car shows, but was only driven 150 miles. It has had a fresh tune-up and the gas tank was replaced and the dist. cap and plugs where replaced as well as the fluids.

Call now or someone else will be the lucky one cruising in this Classic. Remember, we can ship your new Corvette anywhere in the USA in our own trucks. We can handle overseas shipping as well.

1972 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray T-Top Coupe #6263  $14,995
If you are looking for an easy, Classic Corvette project, here it is ! All the rough, dirty and costly work is completed. Plus, this is a #'s matching Corvette, so you know it will go up in value with everything you do to it.

Built K30 June 30 1972

1972 Corvette Coupe with a small block 350 and a turbo 400 automatic transmission. It has white paint with a saddle interior. This is a numbers matching Corvette with the original motor, transmission and rear end. It has just gone through a frame off restoration. The entire frame was disassembled, sandblasted and painted and all of the suspension components were rebuilt. New brake lines and fuel lines were installed. The upper and lower control arms were rebuilt with new bushings and ball joints. The power steering is all new, pump, slave cylinder, and hoses. The trailing arms were completely rebuilt with new bushings, bearings, e-brake kit, backing plates and new strut rod bushings. New rear end mount bushings, and rear end cross member bushings were installed. The entire drive train, rear end, transmission and engine have been rebuilt. The drive line and half-shafts have all new u-joints. It has correct 15x8 rally wheels and re-built stainless steel sleeved brake calipers for the power brakes.

The body was reinstalled and the Corvette has a fresh coat of paint in its original white color. The body was original and un-hit with no major repairs. Any rust issues in the wind shield frame were addressed before painting. You can see in the pictures of the nice fitting original t-tops. The hood was replaced with the long version to eliminate the wiper door assembly and the problems that go along with them. The hood fits well but not perfect (see pics). There is not a painted rear filler panel at this time. There will be a new windshield installed. The tail lamps and marker lamps are installed and look good. The “Stingray” and crossed flag emblems are new. The engine bay is very clean and tidy.

The car has its original tilt-telescopic steering column, non-power windows and air conditioning. The saddle interior has not been restored. It needs carpet, door panels, seat covers, t-top panels and e-brake console, plus a few other items. It has the optional shoulder harnesses. All new weatherstripping will be included with the car.

The motor has not been started and it needs a carburetor, starter and any motor accessories that are not pictured. There is a new exhaust pipe system that goes with the car. There is no fuel tank, so a new one will need to be ordered and installed. Front and rear bumpers are included but they will need to be re-chromed to look as nice as the car. There are no rocker moldings.

The 1972 Corvette was the last year of the removable window and front and rear chrome bumpers.

This Corvette is on the home stretch and should make a nice and easy restoration project. All the difficult and expensive jobs are done on this Corvette which makes it a really great deal. There has been $20,000 in work done, you could not buy a Corvette and get all this for less!

1972 Norton 750 Commando #7779  $3,795
Own one of the premier British Performance motorcycles of legend. Be the envy of your friends when you roll up to the local pub of café.

The origins of the Norton Commando can be traced back to the late 1940s when the 497 cc (30.3 cu in) Norton Model 7 Twin was designed by Bert Hopwood. The twin-cylinder design evolved into the 600 cc and then 650 cc Dominator and 750 cc Atlas before being launched as the 750 cc Commando in 1967.[4] As well as having a radical new frame, the Commando's engine (which was mounted vertically in earlier models) was tilted forward. This was relatively easy as the engine was "pre-unit", that is, the gearbox was not integral with the crankcase, and the change gave three benefits: (i) the centre of gravity was moved further forward; (ii) this allowed more space behind the carburetors for the airbox; and (iii) it gave an attractive raked appearance to the motorcycle.

The revolutionary part of the Commando, compared to earlier Norton models, was the award-winning frame developed by former Rolls-Royce engineer Dr. Stefan Bauer.[5] He believed the classic Norton Featherbed frame design went against all engineering principles, so Bauer designed his frame around a single 2.25 in (57 mm) top tube. Bauer tried to free the Commando from classic twin vibration problems, which had severely increased as the volume of the basic engine design expanded from the 500 cc of Edward Turner's 1938 Triumph Speed Twin. He, with Norton-Villiers Chief Engineer Bernard Hooper and assistant Bob Trigg, decided that the engine, gearbox and swing-arm assembly were to be bolted together and isolated from the frame by special rubber mountings.

This eliminated the extreme vibration problems that were apparent in other models in the range, as it effectively separated the rider from the engine. Named the Isolastic anti-vibration system, the system's patent document listed Hooper as the lead inventor.

Enjoy the great sound of this vertical twin cylinder vintage motorcycle as you blast through the countryside.

1973 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe #6261  $12,995
This is a very sharp, driver 1973 Corvette (with the rear chrome bumpers.) The original owner purchased it new in Nevada, where it spent most of its life. When he passed away the nephew got the car. He brought it back to NJ where he garaged it for the past 6 years. He only started it up once in a while but never really drove it.

The engine runs good and strong and has a lot of power. It does not smoke at all. the odometer shows 56,594. The title at time of purchase as well as the odometer reading that I personally saw was 46,800 miles. We are listing what is actually on the odometer. The speedometer is also a replacement per the sticker on the back.

The trans is a turbo 350 that shifts and runs very smooth.

Engine starts and runs great with no smoke.

This is a numbers matching car, meaning the original motor, trans, rear and body.

Exhaust is in very good condition

Front and rear brake pads look almost new. The car stops like it should with little effort.

All gauges EXCEPT the tach work fine. The distributor was changed/updated and does not have the spot for the tach cable to screw into.

This is a very straight car and would be easy to bring back to excellent condition. You could drive and show while doing any restoration.

T-Tops fit well

Tires are excellent with 90% tread life left

The paint is in fair condition. This is the original paint with some touch-ups.

The dash pad is a bit dry and has some cracks. The seats are in very good driver condition. There are no rips or tears in either seat.

The car steers nice and easy with no squeals when going chock to chock.

All in all this is a very nice driving 1973 Corvette. It is numbers matching for those who care. Again by numbers matching I mean the original engine, trans, rear and body. The normal wear and tear items have been replaced like the alternator. The distributor has also been upgraded which is why the tach cannot plug into it. This car has not been butchered or modified. It does have a cassette player installed which is obviously not original to a 1973. The wheels are also from a 1976 or later model Corvette.

1974 Harley-Davidson FXE Stroker #7777  $7,999
Nostalgic Harley Davidson for riding or your collection.

From 1934 to 1970, with the exception of the Servi-Car, there have been two distinct lines of V-Twin Harley-Davidson motorcycles, the small twins and the big twins. However, individual bikers would sometimes customize bikes by changing parts around or cutting and rewelding frames and other components to suit their tastes.

Harley-Davidson styling director Willie G. Davidson was aware of this phenomenon and decided to design a motorcycle for production that would offer the look of the custom bikes. To accomplish this, he started with the frame and rear suspension, but not the electric starter, from the FLH Electra Glide, to which he then mated the smaller telescopic forks from the XLH Sportster.[1][3] This combination was referred to as the FX chassis, where "FX" meant "Factory Experimental", The drivetrain and engine accessories were from the FLH, the front headlights and brakes were from the XLH. This use of a mixture of FL and XL parts has also been used to explain the FX designation. To complete the Super Glide, he added buckhorn handlebars and a "boattail" tail/fender unit similar to those being used on the XLH Sportster.

The production FX Super Glide was released in 1971 to a lukewarm reception. Particularly not well received was the "boattail", which also proved to be unpopular on the Sportsters that had it. Sales of both models improved when less radical rear styling was made available.

Customized Shovelhead FX variant

In 1974, the FX was joined by the FXE, a version of the Super Glide with an electric starter. Both versions also got an exclusive one-piece tank instead of the Fat Bob tank used by the FL

SOLD SOLD SOLD

Just in from sunny, dry California ! This is an original Blue Plate California VW.

Take a look at current market prices on Ghia Cabriolets - they range from $8,000 to $15,000+ !

Volkswagen proposed adding a high end car to its model range, contracting with German coachbuilder Karmann for its manufacture. Karmann in turn contracted the Italian firm Ghia, who adapted styling themes to the dependable chassis.

In contrast to the Beetle's machine welded-body with bolt-on fenders, the Karmann Ghia's body panels were butt-welded, hand-shaped and smoothed with English pewter in a time-consuming process commensurate with higher-end manufacturers – and resulting in the Karmann Ghia's higher market value.

Single carb’ed, 100hp 2002, 2.0 liter SOHC I4, Weber carb for additional power!

The availability of parts for these cars is nearly limitless; in 2005, BMW even constructed a “new” 1972 tii almost entirely from its vast supply of replacement parts.

1978 Corvette Coupe Corvette #6382  $8,995
1978 Chevrolet Corvette Silver Anniversary

This is a 1978 Corvette, originally finished in the special Silver anniversary silver and charcoal paint (see trim tag picture). The car was painted white in the 90s. It has been detailed inside and out, and is ready for summer.

The car has NEW WHEELS and Nexen N7000 tires with less than 20 miles on them.

The brakes were totally redone recently and work great.

The car starts and runs fine.

Suspension is also in good shape.

All of the lights work, and the headlights work properly. The car passed state safety inspection .

It is wearing L82 badges but it's an L48 car.

Exterior:

This car is a great 10-footer. The paint looks good for its age, cleans up well, and presents well. It does have several chips and cracks that you would expect on a 20-25 year old paint job on a Corvette. It's been touched up well, and overall it's pretty nice.

Interior:

For its age, it's in pretty nice shape. A few parts were just replaced to bring the entire interior up to par, including the driver's side sun visor, parking brake cover, and shift boot. There is one small tear in the driver's seat back, and as with most C3 Corvettes, the dash has a couple cracks. Other than that it looks pretty good.

The radio doesn't work

A few drops of transmission fluid leak out from the pan Not a big leak, and the transmission shifts properly.

It has a few of the normal C3 Corvette issues: clock doesn't work, windows roll up and down slow, and the electric tachometer isn't working (most likely needs the circuit board replaced - not an expensive or very difficult fix).

This isn't a perfect car, but it is a great car to have some fun in. It would be a great candidate to fully restore in pieces while you drive it and enjoy it, if that's what you want.

It would also be a great candidate for an engine swap to give it the go to match the show. Drop in an LS motor or a 383 Stroker. Or just enjoy it for what it is: an affordable, sharp looking, driver quality Corvette.

The Chevrolet Monza was a sub-compact four passenger car built from 1975-1980, to compete primarily with the Mustang II. The Buick Skyhawk and Oldsmobile Starfire were the other H body models from GM, but the Monza was the most popular. It was the successor to the Vega.

The Spyder nameplate was originally used to designate the 1962-1964 Corvair turbocharged model. The 'Spyder' name was introduced for the Chevrolet Monza in 1976. This package included performance equipment and some small appearance items, depending on the choice of Spyder Equipment or Spyder Appearance, or both. The option designation was consolidated to the Spyder Equipment Package, with both appearance and performance options. BR70-13C steel-belted radial ply blackwall tires (with option for raised white lettering), Sport suspension, Black front and rear bumper rub strips, Black headlights frames, Black windshield, belt, side and rear window moldings (not available with black exterior), Black painted body sill (also not available with black exterior), Black door and center pillar louvers, Black painted taillight frames, Body color front air dam and rear spoiler, Spyder emblems on front facia, rear lock cover and sport steering wheel (horn button insert), Black sport mirrors (LH remote, RH manual), Rear Spoiler and body stripes with Spyder lettering outlined in accent body color, Spyder hood decal, Black painted Rally II wheels with bright trim rings and center caps.

There is today a die-hard group of Monza enthusiasts. Monza's, both stock and modified, can be seen at shows, cruises, drag strips, and on the streets across the country. The Monza Spyder is at the very top of the popularity scale.

Clean body with driver quality paint. However, the paint has a mirror gloss shine. Striping on the car and hood graphics are done in paint. Dark tinted windows. Scooped hood is all steel and was custom fabricated. Front air dam. Dual sport mirrors. Rear spoiler. Custom chrome wheels with radial tires. Ride stance is excellent.

The heart of this street machine is the drive train. Less than 200 miles logged since rebuild, per previous owner. It starts with a bullet proof block. TXB code 1975 four bolt main truck block. Cast iron heads. Hydraulic cam and valve train. Edelbrock Competition Series carburetor mounted on a Weiand aluminum intake manifold. HEI ignition. Solid engine mounts. Stock exhaust manifolds connected to Flowmaster dual exhaust. Aluminum radiator. Flex Lite fan. Manual steering. Manual brakes- disc in front; drum in rear. Twelve gallon aluminum fuel tank.

Turbo 350 automatic transmission. Ten bolt rear differential. Coil over shocks. Heavy duty rear torsion bar. Rear anti roll bar. Converted from four to five lug wheels with all proper components. Undercarriage is not detailed, but clean, solid, and functionally built.

Interior is all business. Camaro cloth reclining bucket seat are in good condition. Factory rear vinyl seat in good condition. Fabricated door panels. Complete 1969 Chevelle console, including stirrup shifter is installed in the car. Dash pad in good condition. Headlights, tail lights, and brake lights work. Turn signals do not. No radio.

You can hardly buy a running and driving classic car in the $10,000 price range. Here you have a complete, driver quality muscle car with a well built and good running engine, transmission, and differential. You can't let this one get away. It's the best deal around on a vehicle like this. Don't hesitate to grab this one.

1979 Corvette T-Top Coupe #6208  $6,495
Attention: First Time Corvette Buyers or Collectors !

Stock # 696

1979 Corvette T-Top Coupe - RARE Factory L-82 Red with Oyster interior, loaded with options! This Corvette has been in storage since 1992 (still has the inspection sticker in the window dated 1992, which shows the mileage at 51,171) Prior to 1992, the car was regularly serviced with all documentation since the early 1980's showing work done on the car.

We even have the original Car and Driver article cut from a 1979 issue of the magazine This is a 2 owner car which was sold by Pape Chevrolet to the second owner in 1985 (We have that paper work also).

The engine runs smooth and strong & burns no oil, but the carburetor may need a rebuild after the long storage. The brake system was replaced a few years ago, but the system should be bled and adjusted, as the car was driven very little after the brakes were done.

The body is original, as well as the paint. The paint is 33 years old and has flaws & some fade, etc. (It will need paint at some point). The interior looks great for its age and the color combo is stunning!

The wheels are Centerlines, but the original Goodyear Eagle GT tires are still on the car!

These L-82s are getting hard to find. The car has been off the road for 20 years, so it’s being sold as-is.

1979 Harley Davidson FLH #7789  $7,995
Get ready for some nostalgic cruising with this great Harley.

The third and final change given to the name of the basic FL model would occur in 1965, the final year of the "Panhead" engines. These last "Panheads" were the first "big-twin" Harley-Davidson engines to be equipped with electric starters, the Servi-Car having received electric start the year before. This innovation for Harley-Davidson was greeted with the new model name of Electra Glide.

In 1966, the "Panhead" gave way to the "Shovelhead", gaining a ten percent increase in power in the process.

A fork-mounted fairing became available on Electra Glides in 1969. This became unofficially known as the "batwing" fairing.[10] Although the batwing fairing was an easily removable option on early Electra Glides, it was not removable on later machines, as the instruments were moved from the fuel tank into the fairing.

Electra Glide

The FL frame was the basis for the 1971 FX Super Glide. The FX mated the FL frame with the forks of the XL Sportster, with buckhorn handlebars and a large fibreglass tailpiece completing the Super Glide specification.[11]

The FL was given a front disc brake in 1972.[12]

The three-speed plus reverse option was discontinued in 1977.[13]

A 1977 Harley-Davidson Confederate Edition of the FLH Electra Glide that featured commemorative paint and tank and fender decals was produced. The unit production was in such low volume numbers - only 44 - as to make it one of the rarest of the company's motorcycles.

An 80 cu in (1,300 cc) engine was made optional on the Electra Glide in 1978. However, the FL designation was not changed as a result.[13] By 1981, the 80 cubic inch engine was the standard engine; the 74 cu in (1,210 cc) engine being discontinued.

Great sounding Dual Exhaust & Rear Spoiler

When Ford introduced the redesigned Mustang for the 2005 model year, they aimed to remind buyers of the original Mustangs of the 1960s. In both the coupe and the convertible retro cues abound, from the side stripes, to the taillights, to the familiar round headlights. Inside, the gauges, the shifter, and the three-spoke steering wheel all remind you that this is a direct descendent of the original pony car. The suspension is tuned towards ride quality & performance. Aluminum wheels are standard, as are power mirrors, a tire pressure monitor, power windows, and remote keyless entry. The Mustang GT comes equipped with a 4.6L V8 and Auto Trans, a limited slip differential, traction control, and larger 17-inch aluminum wheels. Antilock brakes are standard as well a rear spoiler and fog lamps.
